Thank you for showing interest in commissioning Me/My friend! Please check my artwork first and see if you like it before sending a request!
Please only send requests after you read my Terms of Service carefully and agree with them to make sure you understand the commission's process and know what to expect when you are commissioning me.

Terms of Service

GENERAL
- By commissioning me you hereby agree to all the following terms of service.
- You as the client will be expected to read my Commission Agreement and Terms of Service and understand the process and pricing.
- NFT and AI usage is strictly prohibited.

CLIENT
- You may display the commissioned artwork on other websites, as long as credit is given and clearly visible.
- You may use the artwork for personal use, including, but not limited to, wallpapers, profile pictures, and banners.
- You may not use the artwork for commercial use, including, but not limited to, selling/printing as merchandise on t-shirts, posters, or mugs. (unless it has been discussed first)
- You are not allowed to change, modify, or edit the commissioned artwork without my permission.
- You are not allowed to trace over the commissioned artwork in any way.

ARTIST
- I reserve the right to refuse any commission request without the need to explain or provide any reason.
- I reserve the right to terminate or cancel a commissioned work due to poor communication, rude behavior, or a breach of the Terms of Service.
- I reserve the right to post the finished artwork as part of my portfolio of works.

PRIVACY REQUEST
- If you wish the commission to be private, you must notify me before I start sketching the commission.

COPYRIGHT
- Reposting/sharing are allowed as long as the artist is credited (My Twitter/X or My Pixiv).
- I reserve the rights to the commissioned work. The commissioned work will be displayed on my portfolio and social media accounts.

COMMERCIAL USAGE AGREEMENT
- If you wish to order a commission for commercial use, the price of the commission will have a minimum increase of 100% of the original price.
- All profits made from the use of the commissioned artwork will belong to the client unless agreed otherwise.
Commercial use is, but not limited to, selling merchandise with the commissioned artwork on it, such as t-shirts, mugs, or posters.*

PAYMENTS
- Payment plans can be discussed, if you want to setup a payment plan, please discuss it with me.
- There are two payment options available: a full payment upfront or half payment upfront, half completion of the piece.
- Full payment must be done upfront if no payment plan is setup.
- Full payment must be made before any of the completed files are sent.
- Additional characters will have additional fees of 50% of the base price.

REVISIONS
- Revision for the sketch phase will continue to be served until the client approves with a maximum 3 of major revisions i.e. : Pose.

REFUNDS
- All commissions are non-refundable

SCHEDULING AND DEADLINES
- If no deadline is agreed I will take a minimum of two weeks to three months to complete the commission. The time starts once all payments are made and when the sketch has been approved by the client.
- I work at my own pace, so please avoid rushing or giving me pressure to finish it ASAP. Requests are not handled on a first-come, first-served basis. I will personally select the projects I want to work on after receiving all the submissions.
- I prefer quality over quantity type of person, so I want to give the best results I can when I work on Your request, and will take a break to rest when necessary.
- As of now, I only take non-urgent commissions. Commissions can take a few days to months. The complexity of the commission and life factors may affect its completion time.

COMMUNICATION
- All communication regarding the commission will be made through Twitter DM, or any other communication service agreed upon by both parties.
- The artist will provide updates on the project periodically, either every few days up to a week or whenever significant progress has been made. The client is welcome to request additional updates at any time, but not on a daily basis. The artist will need at least 48hr to provide a response to the client's request.
- If the client is unresponsive for over two weeks, work on the commission may be paused until communication is re-established.

❌R18 and R18-G
❌Furry, Mecha, Loli
❌Male characters, Masculine characters, Muscular characters
❌Other art styles
❌Character sheets, Designing an OC, VTuber models
❌Detailed or very complex background
❌Fetish Art
❌Controversial subjects

Commission process

Phase 1:
- Client sending a request
- Request accepted
- I will be sending the sketch and revision until the client approves/agrees with the sketch
- Paying upfront 50% or full payment 100% of the agreed pricePhase 2:
- Once the sketch is final and the upfront payment is done I will begin to work with the Request.
- Once I start colouring, there will be no revision for the sketch and only minor color revisionPhase 3:
- When the artwork request is completed, the customer must pay the remaining 50% payment(if at phase 1 client chooses payment upfront 50%) before I send the final results.
- I will have up to 2 minor revisions after the final results
